Martin Dorey is a writer, surfer and keen shrimper. He lives on the North Devon coast with his wife Joanne, daughters Maggie and Charlie, a medium sized dog called Bob, and Gordy, a 1979 Type 2 VW camper van. In writing THE CAMPER VAN COAST Martin has travelled 5,000 miles around the coast - he has ridden the UK’s oldest rollercoaster, discovered how to make seaside rock, taken seaweed baths, learnt to sail and cooked a lot of meals under the stars. Sadly though, he’s still no better at fishing than he ever was. ........................................................................... Sarah Randell is Food Director of Sainsbury`s Magazine and author of Weekend Baking, and previously worked as a food editor for thirteen of Delia Smith`s cookery books. She lives in London with her husband Matthew. Whilst her everyday work life might see her in a state of the art professional kitchen, shopping at farmer’s markets or sampling London’s finest restaurants and cafes, she’s no stranger to cooking in very small spaces. She’s a keen sailor. No one goes hungry when she’s on board.
